We maintain a very high level of quality control ensuring that our clientele receive nothing but the finest quality of human hair extensions and lace systems. All wefts are 100% virgin hair which has been cut from a single individual, this guarantees quality and durability, the shades and hints of each weft are the natural color of the donor.
As part of our quality assurance measures, we thoroughly inspect before shipping any order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our clientele
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges are accepted subject to the terms and conditions below:
If not completely satisfied with your purchase we willl exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 7-10days after the recorded receipt of the item.
All exchanges of any product must be in the original condition where the seal holding the hair together has not been tampered with. All items must not be worn, cut, styled, colored in any matter nor have any hair products applied to them due to sanitation requirements.
All shipping and handling costs and money transfer sending fee (usually £30 flat rate) will be at the clientele expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.
All purchases must be recieved before an exchange can be made.
In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
If hair has been installed and for any reason has access shedding while its in its virgin form we can look into exchanging the hair
if however the hair has been chemically treated we cannot refund it as this affects the quality of the hair and makes it weak and damages the hair reasons we cannot give refunds or returns as you are liable once the hair is chemically treated.

Hair Care
1.Use Shampoo and Hair conditioner to wash the hair. look in the folder of out photos for recommended products
2.Comb with a WIRE brush after dry.
3.You can do perming and coloring process, buy please don’t do this too frequently and remember to use nutrition water
4.Do not make the hair under the blazing sun or use hair drier to blow it for quite a long time, because heat may change the texture of hair.5.Do not grasping the root of hair overexert when washing.
What kind of hair care product should I use?
Treat this hair just like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.
You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products for a long time.
Recommended shampoos and conditioners: Pantene PRO-V
For treatment and every day use: Olive Oil Hair Polisher.
How many pieces Hair for one head?
Normally 2packs are enought for a full head but this is for a more natural look, at most 3/4packs for a thicker look it all depends on what you are after. You can always use the leftover hair later. If you are using hair over 18" long you might need another pack as the hair is thick at roots and the gets a bit less at the bottom like any normal hair.
Why are my hair extensions getting tangled
Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.
Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
How long does it last?
This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer.
If you buy 100% virgin hair and take good care of the hair, it can last for over one year.
